COC Bootcamp is a great opportunity to break down and act on business development planning in small, manageable chunks. Working through similar tasks alongside other consultants, sharing examples, and giving and receiving feedback on our work has been extremely valuable. I now have a clearer action plan, a supportive peer network, and feel more confident about the next steps for my consultancy business.

It really helped having the structure, templates and network to set up my consultancy for the future. The network in COC bootcamp was awesome as people from a whole range of fields and everyone is supportive, willing to share and help, and hold each other to account. A great confidence boost that I was on the right track but the additional clarity building, and client pipeline achieved is powerful.

Bootcamp is brilliant, I loved having one focused, manageable thing to do each week that makes tangible progress, and the opportunity to see what everyone else had done and get ideas and learnings from that. Plus the energy of the calls and having a peer group was super motivating. Big thumbs up - only wish it had existing earlier in my career!

I've loved Bootcamp! Having clear goals for each week has helped me sort through the clutter of what is and isn't important, and having to post the 'homework' each week has helped to make sure that I actually do it, rather than procrastinating! I've now got a succinct bio for my website and LinkedIn, a clear offer ready to go (and adapted for my website), and I've been given the confidence to start reaching out for those all important networking and sales meetings. On top of this, the awesome community that has been built, where we are all doing the same thing at the same time, has really helped to provide support, cheerleading and general "I feel you!" help when things get hard. It reassures you that you are not alone, and that if you are struggling with something, there are other people who are having the same challenges and fears - and together you can get to success.
